Promote and recommend suitable financial products and services. Follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Manage customer portfolios and identify opportunities to increase product penetration. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Job Requirements Minimum N Level qualification. Sales or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, motivated and target-driven.
