Join Nippon Express Singapore as a Customer Service Coordinator and gain hands-on exposure to customer service, shipment coordination, import/export documentation and inventory operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide customer service support via phone and email
- Prepare shipping and import/export documents
- Monitor shipment clearance and delivery status
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and subcontractors
- Support invoicing and general operational duties
