Mechanical / Electrical Engineer – HVAC Quality Control • Product & Technical Support • Heat Pumps

An import and trading company of electrical appliances and air conditioning systems, with an organized presence in the Greek market, is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with substantial knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. The position combines the responsibility of Quality Control and technical product management with active participation in the development of new HVAC categories, with a particular emphasis on R290 heat pumps. The candidate will serve as a key link between Sales, the Technical Department, Suppliers, and partners, while simultaneously participating in the development of the company's presence within the specialized heating and air conditioning network.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic School / University
• Very good technical perception and ability to understand technical specifications and certifications
• Knowledge of European/technical specifications and product compliance requirements
• Ability to provide technical product presentations and communicate with both technical and commercial departments
• Extroversion, commercial mindset, and willingness to develop new partnerships and a professional network
• Very good knowledge of the English language for communication with suppliers and management of technical issues
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of ERP and Soft1 will be considered a significant advantage
• Category B driver's license
• Organization, responsibility, analytical thinking, autonomy, and willingness to cooperate.

The following will be particularly valued:

• Previous experience in heat pumps or integrated HVAC systems
• Knowledge of heat pump systems with R290 refrigerant
• Experience in technical sales or B2B customer base development
• Existing contacts with specialized stores, installers, or heating and air conditioning professionals
• Knowledge of applications, installation, and dimensioning of heat pump systems

• Initial gross salary from €1,500, depending on qualifications and previous experience
