Senior Accounting Assistant (consultancy assignment)

We are looking for a meticulous and committed accounting assistant within accounts payable. In the role of accounting assistant, you will become part of a team of three people working with accounts payable. You are responsible for the daily flow and handle large volumes of supplier invoices.

Examples of tasks

• Handle and post supplier invoices
• Match invoices against orders
• Perform reconciliations and follow-ups
• Ensure correct payment flows
• Ongoing contact with internal and external parties
• Contribute to the improvement of routines and processes

Your background, experience and competence You will become part of a team that values collaboration, quality, and a structured way of working. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a dynamic environment and want to contribute with your experience in accounts payable. We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience working in accounts payable. You have good system proficiency, and if you have worked in Marathon, it is considered a strong merit but is not a requirement. Furthermore, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, and you enjoy working both independently and in a team. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

What you are offered This is a consultancy assignment starting in October that is expected to run until February. The assignment is full-time and you will be located in the client's pleasant premises in central Stockholm.
