Your tasks

At PDSVISION, you'll do more than answer support tickets. You'll become a trusted advisor to some of the world's most innovative manufacturing companies, helping them unlock the full potential of their CAD, PLM, simulation, and digital transformation solutions.

About the Role As a Junior Support Engineer, you'll join PDSVISION's Nordic support team and become an essential part of its customers´success.

This role provides an excellent foundation for anyone looking to build expertise in:

• Enterprise software solutions
• CAD and PLM systems
• Databases and IT infrastructure
• Cloud and on-premises environments
• Customer consulting and advisory services

You will together with the nordic support team

• Be the first point of contact for customers across the Nordic region
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Manage software licenses and user access
• Configure and maintain customer environments
• Support server maintenance and system administration
• Handle support cases via web, phone, and remote sessions
• Collaborate with consultants during customer implementations
• Guide customers on industry best practices within CAD and PLM

Most importantly, you will help customers maximize the value of their technology investments by acting as a trusted advisor and long-term partner.

• Windchill PLM
• Ansys Simulation
• Cloud and enterprise infrastructure

Requirements

Are you an engineer, technician, or IT professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping others succeed?

Who We Are Looking For You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy solving technical problems. You take initiative, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Just as importantly, you are communicative, customer-focused and motivated by helping others succeed.

We believe you have

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English and either Swedish or Finnish
• Authorization to work within the Nordic region

Extra advantage if you have experience with

• PTC solutions, especially Creo and Windchill
• Ansys products
• Other CAD or PLM platforms
• Product development processes
• SQL and databases
• Customer-facing tasks or support environments
• Programming (Java or similar languages)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, VPNs and enterprise IT systems
