About the role and your areas of responsibility
As a Car Administrator/Service & Warranty Administrator, you will work with complex and escalated customer cases and hold a central function within the customer experience. The role involves supporting dealers and internal departments to ensure a professional and uniform customer treatment that matches the customer's premium products.
You belong to a smaller team of specialists in customer relations, where the focus is not only on operational work but also on the continuous development of service, processes, and customer experience.
Your main tasks
Support customer experience work and contribute to increased customer satisfaction
Support dealers in matters regarding customer management, warranty, and goodwill
Work closely with the warranty function and assist with qualified support
Handle mobility cases and work to increase quality and efficiency in processing
Assist internal departments with customer-related inquiries
About you we are looking for
We are looking for you who is driven by creating a first-class customer experience and who has solid experience in handling challenging and escalated customer cases. This role suits you who is problem-solving, structured, and professional. You are positive, confident in yourself, and have a natural poise. To succeed in the role, we see that you are communicative and comfortable conducting dialogues with both internal and external parties in English.
To qualify for the role, we see that you have
A few years of work experience in service handling from the automotive industry
Previously worked at dealers with customer management and customer complaints
Merit if you have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or similar
