Job Summary Join Junior Seekers to engage and inspire children through enrichment and study sessions, ensuring their safety and welfare while managing communications with parents and stakeholders. Responsibilities Deliver engaging enrichment and study sessions that support children's learning and development Develop and prepare detailed lesson plans and educational materials tailored to session objectives Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth daily operations Ensure the safety and welfare of students during all activities and sessions Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and productive learning environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the education industry to enhance session delivery and student engagement Basic knowledge of Arabic to support communication and learning needs Demonstrated passion for working with children to create a positive educational experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Creativity, commitment, and energy to contribute to program success Other Information Working Hours : Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm Benefits : Professional development opportunities Work : Location In person
