*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

*Responsibilities*

• Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing of transactions
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
• Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and food handling stations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
• Ensure timely delivery of orders, manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
• Uphold food industry standards for sanitation, safety, and guest services to enhance overall dining experience

*Skills*

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of the food industry standards
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures including cash handling and basic math skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food preparation, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods
• Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere
