AFTER-SALES KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER M/F (M/F)

Reporting to the National After-Sales Key Account Manager, he manages and develops the after-sales key account activity of his portfolio.

In this capacity, his missions are oriented around several axes: He deploys the after-sales activity of his key account portfolio, particularly the listing and tender parts In partnership with the new sales key account engineer, he builds and shapes the after-sales strategy within commercial offers He deploys framework agreements and listings at a national level across the entire network As part of the development of the after-sales activity of his portfolio, he proposes, builds, and implements all tools and actions capable of developing the performance of the after-sales activity on his accounts A true activity pilot, he is the main point of contact for the key account clients of his portfolio and communicates down to the network the corrective measures or actions that he recommends and implements with the client He is the entry point for the Jungheinrich headquarters based in Germany for the clients of his portfolio.

Coming from higher commercial or technical training, you have confirmed experience in the after-sales universe, and notably in the management of strategic accounts.

You are recognized for your positive approach and your ability to take charge of your clients' challenges in their entirety and are committed to proposing adapted solutions.

You are resolutely business-oriented, and know how to build your network both with your clients and internally.

You master IT tools, notably the Office suite, and have already worked with CRM and/or ERP. Your English level is operational.
