For our location JUNGHANS Microtec GmbH in Dunningen-Seedorf, we are looking for a:

Business Lawyer (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• You advise the specialist departments on all matters of public and private commercial and contract law.
• You proactively analyze internal company processes, check their effectiveness, question existing procedures, and identify potential risks.
• You take over the active management of process optimization and digitalization in contract management, as well as the maintenance of clear and structured internal documentation, including contract databases.
• You take over the review and drafting of German- and English-language contracts as well as tender documents; furthermore, you ensure compliance with the GDPR and other data protection requirements as well as group-internal compliance guidelines and provide advice on these matters.
• In Claim Management, you take over the identification, assessment, and enforcement of claims and review entitlements arising from warranty and tort law.

• You have successfully completed studies as a Business Lawyer (m/f/d).
• You already have initial practical experience in contract and commercial law and skillfully apply your very good English skills with us.
• You combine legal understanding with an interest in economic contexts.
• A careful, structured, and reliable way of working characterizes you.
• You are motivated to familiarize yourself with new legal topics and to develop professionally.
