We are looking in Fulda for a

Team Lead Production Planning (m/f/d) in Plant III

Your tasks:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees in the area of responsibility according to the leadership competency model
• Ensuring demand-oriented personnel and capacity planning to achieve goals
• Responsibility for production planning, adherence to deadlines, manufacturing documentation, and production utilization
• Continuous development of the department using Lean Management principles
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling of costs, investments, and training measures
• Initiation of and participation in optimization projects to increase efficiency and competitiveness
• Ensuring process compliance as well as participation in internal and external audits
• Support during product introductions, change management, and sample order creation
• Operational teamwork as well as ensuring production during disruptions

Your profile:

• Completed Meister or Techniker training in the metal or electrical sector or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and/or control
• Confident handling of an ERP system (preferably SAP) in the production planning or production control modules
• Good knowledge of Lean Management
• Leadership experience or strong leadership competence desirable
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational strength and a high sense of responsibility
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for the professional and personal development of employees
