Strategic Product Manager (m/f/d)

for temperature sensor measurement technology

Your Tasks

  • Development and management of the product strategy as well as the roadmap for the portfolio in the field of temperature sensor measurement technology
  • Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs to identify growth potential
  • Derivation of product development requirements from market and customer feedback as well as creation of business cases
  • Management of roadmap and customer projects as well as implementation of strategic and operational measures for portfolio optimization
  • Close cooperation with sales, marketing, development, and production in an international environment
  • Planning and execution of market launches in cooperation with marketing
  • Monitoring of relevant financial key figures and development of measures to increase turnover and profit
  • Conducting worldwide product training and supporting the global sales network
  • Development of sales support tools and active participation in committees as well as maintenance of the industry network

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree with a focus on electrical engineering or similar, alternatively a completed engineering degree as a chemist or physicist
  • Technical/industry knowledge in the field of temperature sensor measurement technology
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Very good English and MS-Office skills
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20%
  • Independence and assertiveness
  • Creativity and strong communication skills
