Head of Global Sales Operations (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Promoting the further development of Sales employees
• Leading the teams for order, contract, and bonus management
• Development and implementation of global standards and processes for Sales Operations
• Ensuring compliance and governance in the sales process
• Responsibility for global Sales-Tools and their further development
• Management of market analyses and provision of strategic data
• Global responsibility for contract and pricing management
• Development of KPI systems and creation of reports
• Management of bonus settlements and master data maintenance
• Coordination of worldwide sales campaigns and support for international customers

Your Profile

• Completed studies in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or a comparable degree
• Several years of experience in Sales Backoffice, Sales Tools, Pricing, and contract management
• Leadership experience in global, interdisciplinary teams
• Sound knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
• Analytical skills and a high understanding of processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Change-Management and in the optimization of global processes
• Business fluent English skills, other languages an advantage
