CAD Drafter (Authority Submissions)

Responsibilities Prepare and update CAD drawings for submissions to SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA and JTC. Prepare electrical drawings based on project requirements and instructions from the relevant consultants. Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to obtain information and resolve drawing discrepancies. Revise drawings following consultant comments and authority requirements. Maintain accurate drawing records and ensure timely completion of assigned drafting work.

Requirements Proficient in AutoCAD, with relevant drafting experience. Familiar with Singapore authority submission drawing requirements for SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA and JTC. Able to read and prepare architectural and electrical drawings. Detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions accurately. Able to manage drawing revisions and meet project deadlines
