HR Assistant/HR Coordinator

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic and well established organisation based in central Cheltenham, with their search for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained 6 months–1 year+ of HR experience and is now looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment. You may currently be working as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Assistant or in a similar role and be looking for the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility. DAY TO DAY: Providing day to day administrative support across the HR function Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for employees Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records Assisting with contracts, letters and HR documentation for a range of clients Responding to employee queries and providing a professional first point of contact Assisting with absence, holiday and other employee records Supporting HR processes and ensuring policies and procedures are followed Assisting with employee relations matters where required Preparing reports and updating HR systems Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 6 months–1 year+ experience within an HR environment A genuine interest in developing your HR career Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion A proactive and positive approach to your work The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office A CIPD qualification or HR-related qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential.
