Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading and well-established company based in Corsham in their search for a Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring incoming stock is processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for booking stock onto the system, checking deliveries against customer requirements, and liaising with the warehouse and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies.
We'd love to hear from someone who is process-driven, organised and takes pride in producing accurate work, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
DAY TO DAY:
- Booking incoming customer stock onto the database, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
- Checking stock received against customer requirements and ensuring quantities and details are correct.
- Liaising closely with the warehouse team to investigate and resolve any discrepancies with incoming stock.
- Updating internal systems to reflect accurate stock information and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Communicating with the customer service team to ensure all stock has been processed and is ready for the next stage.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies by liaising with internal departments and customers where necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes are followed.
- Managing your workload effectively to ensure all incoming stock is processed within the required timescales.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Ideally, you will have previous experience working in an administrative role, or warehouse / logistics administration.
- A highly organised and methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- A process-driven mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and getting things right first time.
- Confident IT skills and the ability to accurately input and manage data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues across different departments and customers.
- The ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a proactive and professional manner.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Due to the location, a driving licence is required.
