Sous Chef - Gastropubs - Cheltenham & Cotswolds

About the role

We're recruiting experienced Sous Chefs for several quality gastropub kitchens across Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds.

These are genuine Sous Chef roles for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and take charge when the Head Chef isn't around. With multiple venues available, we'll match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style of operation that suit you best.

We're looking specifically for Sous Chefs, as our CDP positions are already well covered.

What we're looking for

• Solid Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen
• Full driving licence and own transport (essential)
• Confidence leading a section and running the kitchen when required
• A strong understanding of fresh food and kitchen fundamentals
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are useful, but experience matters more
