MAINTENANCE MANAGER (M/F)

Our client located in Châlons-en-Champagne, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to supervise operations and improve the factory's facilities. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in industry and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate must master technical English and be able to lead a team. Responsibilities include managing maintenance operations and continuous improvement projects. Permanent contract (CDI) with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations. Organize and supervise the maintenance team. Define the preventive maintenance schedule. Manage the maintenance operations budget. Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in industry. Ability to lead a team and work in the field. Proactivity and ability to integrate improvements quickly.
