MECHANICAL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

(Project Engineer- MPF) Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. Performing quality control tasks on budget schedules, plans and reporting on the project's status Cooperating and communicating with the Construction Manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's smooth implementation. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Developing the specifications for the project's needed equipment. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment. Evaluating Contractor's progress billings. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications

Qualifications/Requirements: Licensed Mechanical Engineer 4 or more years field experience in related works With computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software (e.g. ACad, sketch up, etc) With project management and supervision skills With organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills Knowledgeable on applicable codes, policies, standards and best practices
