Responsibilities include:

-Assist in daily operations

-Ensure that the cafe and coffee house is properly maintained and clean

-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliency.

-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

· Experience in F&B Operations

· Preferably 3 years of previous experience in serving.

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours if needed
