SERVICE CREW

Your tasks

We are hiring energetic and customer-friendly Service Crew members for Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) roles. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a great experience.

Guest Service & Sales: Greet guests, present menus, recommend food and drink items, upsell daily specials, and handle payment processing.

Order Handling & Coordination: Take accurate orders, check age IDs for alcoholic beverages, and communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff.

Area Maintenance & Setup: Set up and clean tables, maintain tidy dining and room areas, and prepare spaces for events or functions.

Operations & Safety: Perform opening, closing, and shift duties following company SOPs and health department regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Education: High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields is a plus).

Flexibility: Willing to work in FOH or BOH, handle shifting schedules, and work late-night shifts.

Key Skills & Qualities: Presentable, customer-friendly, honest, reliable in handling cash and orders, a good team player, and a quick learner.

PLUS FACTORS (Growth & Advancement Opportunity) -Prior experience in a KTV, restaurant, or service industry setting.

-Supervisory experience or leadership potential for Coordinator/Supervisor tracks.
