KITCHEN CREW

Your tasks

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Crew member to accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items to order following basic recipes, product directions, or verbal/written instructions.

Quality and Food Safety: Ensure high standards of food quality, monitor product rotation and use-by dates, maintain proper refrigeration temperatures, and follow sanitation rules.

Food Assembly and Dispatch: Provide efficient service of all menu items while ensuring consistency in presentation.

Food Control and Monitoring: Conduct opening and closing duties per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor workstation tasks, and handle inventory or ingredient supplies.

Customer Service: Address customer queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in the food and/or restaurant industry, including supervisory experience.

Skills: Basic written and oral communication, interpersonal relationship skills, analytical thinking, documentation skills, customer relations, and basic computer skills.

Training & Certifications: None required for entry level (Store Training Program graduate preferred).
