CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily site operations for piling and foundation projects. Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, quality and safety to ensure timely completion. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors. Resolve site and construction issues effectively. Ensure all works comply with project specifications and WSH requirements. Provide regular updates to Project Manager / Management. Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Good knowledge of site operations and construction processes. Good leadership, communication and coordination skills. Able to manage site teams and work independently.
