EQUIPMENT CONTROL ENGINEER

The Equipment Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the maximum uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency of all company vehicles and equipment. This role oversees the inventory, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair processes to keep assets in optimal condition while controlling and minimizing maintenance and repair costs. The position also ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and ISO standards, promotes proper equipment use through user training, and implements cost-control measures to achieve the best return on investment for all company-owned equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field; equivalent technical experience may be considered. PRC Licensed (if applicable) Preferably with experience in equipment or fleet management, with strong preventive maintenance background With strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment mechanics, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting. Proficient in maintenance tracking systems, asset inventory software, and MS Office applications. Ability to analyze cost data, fuel consumption patterns, and equipment performance metrics. Can work under pressure and minimal supervision With valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one. Must be willing to work long hours.
