Drafter cum BIM Modeller

Your tasks

Door Drafter and BIM Modeller to produce accurate technical drawings, door schedules, ironmongery layouts, and 3D building information models. You will bridge architectural designs with shop-floor or site execution, ensuring all door assemblies, frames, fire-rating specs, and hardware match industry codes and project requirements.

• Drafting & Documentation: Prepare, revise, and maintain 2D/3D technical drawings, door schedules, and ironmongery details.
• BIM Modelling: Build, update, and manage parametric door families and 3D models using Autodesk Revit (and AutoCAD for linkage and cleanup).
• Interpretation & Coordination: Read and interpret architectural floor plans, consultant specifications, and structural/MEP details. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and external contractors to resolve clashes or design queries.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all door and ironmongery configurations comply with local building regulations, fire safety codes, and project-specific BIM standards (e.g., Singapore/ISO workflows where applicable).
• Site & As-Built Support: Conduct site inspections or measure-ups when required to update as-built drawings and documentation.
