Degree in Marketing or similar relevant qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management. Target setting and performance management. Territory and account planning. Sales analysis and forecasting. Improving field-force effectiveness. Coaching and accompanied fieldwork. Institutional and trade-channel management. Product and brand execution. Translating commercial strategy into field activities.
