MANUFACTURING GENERAL MANAGER

• Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
• Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Educational & Professional Background Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE). A licensed Engineer is highly preferred for this role.

Experience: At least 5–10 years of experience in the telecommunications or construction industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role. Industry Track Record: Proven experience in TowerCo operations or as a contractor for major carriers (like Globe, Smart, or Dito).

Remarks: General Manager for a Telecommunications Infrastructure firm. Primary scope includes overseeing the fabrication of tower accessories and the construction of tower sites (vicinities). Must have a strong background in Civil or ECE Engineering, project management, and construction safety. Active field work and LGU coordination required.
