Warehouse Support
Your tasks
You will perform accurate stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, pick and pack orders, and inspect shipments to ensure warehouse inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled full stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records
- Compare physical stock with warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory records to identify discrepancies
- Investigate and analyze variances between physical stock and system data to determine causes
- Prepare detailed discrepancy reports including quantities, SKUs, locations, and likely causes
- Follow up on corrective actions and update inventory records once issues are resolved
- Accurately pick orders from pick lists or handheld scanners and pack items for dispatch
- Meet daily dispatch cut-off times and accuracy targets to ensure timely delivery
- Inspect inbound shipments against purchase orders, delivery orders, and packing lists to verify accuracy
- Verify outbound cargo for correct quantity, condition, and labeling before dispatch
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing
- Bilingual in English and a second language (read, write, and converse)

- Location: Toh Guan Road
- Work Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, 5 days per week
- Overtime: Based on work volume
- Salary: S$2,600.00 to S$2,800.00 depending on work experience
