Working closely with product, design, and technology partners, you’ll lead end-to-end go-to-market execution across internal and external channels. As an Associate within International Private Banking Go-To-Market Team, you drive go-to-market plans that help advisors and clients discover, understand, and adopt digital tools. You translate product features into crisp value propositions and launch narratives that work across multiple channels. You partner across teams to align timelines, build launch materials, and keep stakeholders informed. You also track performance and apply learnings to continuously improve future launches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing, product, design, and technology teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies across internal and external channels.
  • Manage the calendar of product launches and initiatives, ensuring timely alignment, communication, and execution across teams.
  • Develop high-quality launch materials including executive presentations, short-form content, internal newsletters, digital communications, and client-facing resources.
  • Build compelling storytelling and presentation decks to launch new digital tools and experiences, translating product features into clear value propositions.
  • Create scripts for videos and other dynamic engagement content that bring product stories to life across multiple channels.
  • Build communication strategies and activation plans that drive adoption of our advisor and client digital toolset and support business objectives.
  • Regularly participate in and share updates with senior stakeholders about go-to-market activities, plans, and storytelling.
  • Track and coordinate upcoming initiatives, monitoring digital adoption metrics and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate communication approaches, testing new formats and channels to enhance engagement and impact.
  • Support diverse initiatives spanning product launches, internal campaigns, advisor enablement programs, and our digital awards recognition platform.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and execution quality.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts for diverse audiences and craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) to create polished, professional materials.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and innovative thinking—you proactively ask "why" and "what if" to identify better solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, product marketing, or business management with a strong communications component.
  • Personable and collaborative, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders and building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a self-starter mentality with comfort working under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics, derive insights, and apply learnings to optimize future initiatives.
