To support our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Litho Press Operator to take charge of our high-spec Heidelberg Speedmaster XL75 .
The Role:
As our primary Heidelberg XL75 operator, you will be responsible for running high-speed, high-quality B2 commercial litho jobs. You will ensure maximum press efficiency, fast make-readies, and strict color consistency across every run.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete setup, make-ready, and efficient operation of the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL75.
- Monitor color accuracy, sheet quality, and registration throughout production runs.
- Perform routine press maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience running Heidelberg B2 litho presses ( XL75 experience strongly preferred ).
- Deep understanding of sheet-fed lithographic printing, ink-water balance, paper types, and color management systems.
- Sharp eye for detail with a total commitment to high-end quality standards.
- Reliable, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Living within reasonable commuting distance of Halesowen (West Midlands).
