Tunas Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Building & Infrastructure Construction) to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of building and infrastructure development projects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Your tasks

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of building and infrastructure construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and construction methodologies.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and project forecasting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Structural, MEP, Architecture, Procurement, QS, and HSE.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure all construction works comply with design specifications, engineering standards, and government regulations.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
• Review engineering drawings, construction methods, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, variation orders, claims, permits, and project records.
• Coordinate project handover, commissioning, and final acceptance with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and construction efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager role.

• Infrastructure Projects
• Roads & Drainage
• Utilities
• Site Development
• Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and HSE standards.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple contractors and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to be based in Batam and travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (IPM/SKK) certification is an advantage.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Experience handling projects valued above Rp100 billion.
• Experience working with manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Familiar with FIDIC contracts and construction claim management.
