Project Management Engineer

Your tasks

• Manage and monitor new product development projects from project kick-off through mass production.
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Organize project meetings, track progress, and prepare project status reports.
• Control and monitor project timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
• Coordinate engineering changes and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support APQP, PPAP, and other automotive project documentation activities.
• Analyze issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective action.
• Communicate effectively with overseas customers and headquarters in English.

Requirements

1. Male/Female age 27-35 years old, Thai Nationality
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or New Model Management within a manufacturing environment.
4. Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
5. Good command of English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation skills.
6. Strong coordination, problem solving, and project management capabilities.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Mandarin Chinese communication skills will be highly preferred.
10. Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Automotive Core Tools is an advantage.
11. Experience working with overseas customer.
