AE Engineer

Your tasks

•Supervise and lead the Application Engineer team to ensure effective and efficient operations •Provide professional technical support and consultation to customers in the automotive parts industry •Analyze technical issues related to products, applications, and manufacturing processes, and propose effective solutions •Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and other related departments to ensure smooth project execution •Support testing, process improvement, and implementation of technical solutions in manufacturing plants •Prepare technical documentation and reports, and present findings to management and customers •Communicate and coordinate with overseas customers and headquarters in English

Requirements

1. Male / Female, age 26-32 years, Thai Nationality.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing or automotive-related industries.
4. Experience as an Application Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Supervisor is highly preferred.
5. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
6. Proven leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
