Job Descripstion

• Analyze and develop organizational structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Design, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) frameworks
• Support the implementation of performance management systems
• Conduct organizational diagnosis and identify improvement areas

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Organization Development
• Strong understanding of Organization Development and Performance Management
• Proven ability to develop SOPs and KPI systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
