We are a Microsoft Data Platform Competence Center, leading experts in Microsoft data technologies. We have real-world experience with all data technology trends, such as Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Purview, SQL Database, Palantir, Oracle, and more. We are constantly learning new features and refining our processes, continuously improving, testing, and implementing new innovations in the field of data and AI.

Our people are key to us. There are already 40 of us in the team, operating in both the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Your tasks

Every day, we push our clients to fully utilize the power of artificial intelligence. We know how to recognize where AI can truly help them, design the solution architecture, and ensure it integrates smoothly into their business.

What awaits you

• Development and tuning of data transfers and transformations
• Management and development of databases and data models
• Analysis and design of data structures and data flows
• Creation and maintenance of business reports and dashboards
• Collaboration on test automation and CI/CD pipeline
• Occasional scripting and automation as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to communicate, dig into data, learn new technologies – whether from the Microsoft world or the SAP environment – and transform them into smart data solutions.

If you already have experience with SAP Datasphere or want to further develop in it, you will have the space and support to do so with us.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in the Microsoft Data Platform field (approx. 2–4 years)
• Ability to solve tasks independently, while also collaborating in a team
• Basic experience with the design and implementation of data models and pipelines
• Communication skills in English at an IT environment level
• A desire to constantly learn and improve

Advantages

• Experience with SAP Datasphere - management and configuration of Spaces, working with Data Flow and Data Access Control
• Knowledge of data extraction from SAP ERP principles (e.g., ODP, CDS Views, ABAP Queries, RFC, or IDoc)
• Orientation in the SAP BW/HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI environments
• Experience with Data Gateway for hybrid scenarios (on-premise/cloud)
