Responsibilities: Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our production lines. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and optimizing furnace and batch processes to achieve peak efficiency, product quality, and yield targets.

Conducting quality control checks, energy and material consumption optimization , analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.

Troubleshooting operational issues , identifying root causes, and collaborating with maintenance teams for swift and effective resolutions.

Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations , fostering a culture of safety first.

Collecting and analyzing process data to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Preparing detailed technical documentation and reports on process performance, deviations, and improvements.

Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and production to achieve ambitious production targets.

Skills/Technologies: You'll leverage your foundational expertise in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry . Proficiency in operating and monitoring Process Control Systems , coupled with strong Data Analysis and Problem Solving abilities, will be crucial.
