Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

• In sales, all threads of the company come together: here our orders are coordinated, and the associated communication with all departments is part of your daily work
• You manage commercial and in-house production orders from the quotation phase to delivery
• In coordination with our Technical Sales and Field Service, you create offers
• Of course, you also communicate regularly with our customers
• In the event of complaints, you maintain an overview and are a reliable contact person for our customers
• The creation of articles and the maintenance of our master data round off your area of responsibility
• You have completed commercial training, preferably as an Industrial, Freight Forwarding, or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f/d)
• You are proficient in using MS-Office applications and have initial experience with an ERP-System
• You are communicative, customer- and service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
• Structured and reliable working is a matter of course for you, and you maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• You can communicate confidently in English (email as well as telephone)
• Export knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory
