Legal Manager

Responsibilities As Legal Manager, you are the group's legal referent and support the various departments in their contractual, commercial, and corporate challenges. You supervise a legal team and ensure the security of the company's activities while proposing pragmatic solutions adapted to operational needs.

Your main missions are as follows:

Management of the legal team Supervise, support, and develop a team composed of Legal Counsels and Paralegals;

Organize priorities and ensure the distribution of files within the team;

Promote knowledge sharing and skill development.

Legal advice and contract management Advise the various departments on the legal aspects of their activities;

Ensure the security of the company's contractual commitments;

Participate in negotiations and the drafting of contracts;

Propose innovative legal solutions adapted to the company's challenges.

Litigation and legal affairs Supervise the management of pre-litigation and litigation, whether contractual, commercial, or otherwise;

Ensure the legal management of the group's real estate files;

Supervise the administrative and legal follow-up of disputes related to vehicle circulation.

Governance and compliance Supervise the legal formalities related to the management of the group's companies (minutes, corporate registers, mandates, powers of attorney, legal publications, etc.);

Organize legal and regulatory monitoring and ensure the dissemination of relevant information to the teams;

Raise awareness and train employees on legal topics (GDPR, compliance, and other themes).

The profile sought You hold a Master's degree in law;

You have approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role;

You possess excellent analytical, synthesis, and legal drafting skills;

You are rigorous, methodical, and organized;

You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and know how to manage priorities in a demanding environment;

You have strong management skills and enjoy teamwork;

You are perfectly proficient in English;

Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a real asset.
