Responsibilities

As a Digital Learning Officer, you are responsible for the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Group's digital training solutions. You transform operational and professional training needs into simple, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences, adapted to the Group's different audiences, countries, professions, and languages. You take charge of the entire digital training lifecycle, from needs analysis to learner follow-up, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Your main missions are as follows:

Digital Learning Strategy & coordination Participate in the implementation of the Group's Digital Learning strategy;

Identify training that can be digitized or integrated into blended learning paths;

Collaborate with Training Officers, trainers, managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs;

Advise teams on the pedagogical formats best suited to the needs and target audiences;

Ensure the consistency of Digital Learning practices and standards at the Group level.

Instructional Design Analyze training needs and translate them into clear pedagogical objectives;

Structure content according to instructional design principles;

Design pedagogical scenarios adapted to different audiences;

Transform complex technical or operational information into simple, accessible, and easily applicable content;

Design quizzes, evaluations, exercises, and interactive activities;

Ensure the proposal of short, concrete training sessions adapted to field realities.

Digital Content Creation Design and produce various pedagogical materials, including: e-learning modules;

Microlearning content;

Training videos;

Tutorials and "How to" videos;

Quizzes and evaluations;

Interactive activities;

Digital onboarding content;

Visual aids and operational support.

Coordinate content creation with internal experts and, if necessary, with external providers;

Ensure compliance with the Group's pedagogical, graphic, and communication standards.

LMS & Training Tools Management Publish and maintain content in the digital training environment;

Create and manage training, learning paths, and learner groups;

Assign training based on populations and professional needs;

Ensure the monitoring of learning paths and completions;

Keep the digital training catalog up to date;

Provide support to users and Training teams;

Test new features and contribute to the evolution of Digital Learning tools;

Collaborate with IT teams and external suppliers in case of technical issues.

Training Deployment Organize digital training campaigns in different countries and departments;

Prepare communications accompanying the launch of training;

Ensure that employees and managers have all the necessary information;

Monitor participation and completion rates;

Support local Training teams in the deployment of training;

Adapt deployment methods to the operational constraints of different sites.

Reporting & Learning Analytics Monitor the main KPIs related to Digital Learning;

Produce dashboards and reports specifically regarding participation and completion rates, evaluation results, learner engagement, feedback, and mandatory training that is uncompleted or overdue;

Analyze results and identify areas for improvement;

Evaluate, whenever possible, the effectiveness of training beyond simple completion rates;

Formulate recommendations based on the collected data.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation Regularly review content and update training that has become obsolete or incorrect;

Collect and analyze feedback from learners, trainers, and managers;

Maintain a watch on developments in Digital Learning and pedagogical technologies;

Test new formats and tools when they bring real pedagogical value;

Contribute to the development of a learning culture within the Group.

Training & experience You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Training, Human Resources, Communication, Pedagogy, Digital Media, or a similar field;

Experience in Digital Learning, instructional design, training coordination, or content creation is a real asset;

Experience in an international and/or operational environment is appreciated.

Technical Skills You have good knowledge of or a real interest in: e-learning authoring tools;

LMS/LXP platforms;

Video and multimedia content creation;

Microsoft 365;

Digital communication tools;

Reporting and Learning Analytics.

Knowledge of Easygenerator or an equivalent authoring tool is an asset.

Languages You are proficient in English at a professional level;

Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset;

Any additional language is appreciated in the Group's international context.
