Do you want to actively shape the future of the Witt-Gruppe and drive change processes forward? As a Change Manager (m/f/d), you will take on the long-term support of the project for the introduction of ERP and CRM systems.

In doing so, you will contribute innovative ideas and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

• Accompany our specialist departments through changes and support teams in adapting to new processes and tools
• Ensure effective communication, implement change management programs, and conduct accompanying workshops with a special focus on training and enablement measures
• Continuously analyze change requirements within the Witt-Gruppe and develop tailored strategies for complex projects
• Maintain strong relationships with executives and other stakeholders and work closely with the Business Partner*innen and the Transformation Management Office
• Use data analysis for the continuous optimization of change processes and ensure compliance with best practices and current trends in change management

Your profile:

• Completed studies, preferably with a focus on personnel or organizational development, or comparable training, as well as initial experience in operational change management is an advantage
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills as well as empathy, creative thinking, analytical, pragmatic, and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to perceive different perspectives and deal with them constructively
• High level of initiative, curiosity for complex tasks, and the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
