To strengthen our finance team at the Bad Kreuznach location, we are looking for an analytically strong and number-oriented Controller (m/f/d) who will support us with expertise and commitment, effective immediately.

YOUR TASKS:

• Creation, analysis and further development of reporting as well as variance analyses
• Active participation in the budget process as well as regular forecast creation
• Further development of controlling instruments, reporting structures and business processes
• Sparring partner for management and specialist departments in deriving recommendations for action
• Creation of transfer pricing documentation and calculation of transfer prices
• Responsibility and support for controlling-relevant projects (transition of ERP system to S4HANA etc.)
• Commercial support for projects of the specialist department

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on Controlling/Finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in operative controlling
• Confident handling of common MS Office tools - especially MS Excel and MS Teams as well as with the ERP system SAP/R3 - (S4HANA is an advantage)
• Confident handling of numbers as well as the ability to present complex relationships in an understandable way
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Analytical thinking skills, precise way of working and a high affinity for numbers
• High degree of initiative and commitment/performance readiness as well as pronounced entrepreneurially-oriented action
