Warehouse Manager *English or Chinese Communication*

1. Plan and manage the entire warehouse system (Raw Materials / Work in Process / Finished Goods) in alignment with production and delivery plans.

1. Control Inventory Accuracy through Cycle Count / Stock Take cycles and reconciliation with SAP and MES systems.

1. Define and monitor departmental KPIs — Inventory Accuracy, On-time and Accurate Delivery, Space Utilization Efficiency, and Manpower Efficiency.

1. Manage a team of over 20 people — shift scheduling, manpower planning, training, performance evaluation, and building a succession team.

1. Design and improve storage Layout, manage 6S systems, and ensure safety within the warehouse.

1. Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/WI) and drive the improvement of warehouse modules in the MES system to increase efficiency.

1. Coordinate import-export activities with Forwarders and relevant agencies, including BOI / Free Zone documentation.

1. Support audits from customers and standard systems (ISO, Customer Audit), prepare documentation, and implement corrective actions.

1. Control departmental budget and manage warehouse costs.

1. Report directly to the Factory Manager and coordinate with the headquarters in China.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing plant, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role or higher. Experience managing a team of 20 or more people. Proficient in using SAP (MM/WM) and MES systems. Good English communication skills or Chinese (HSK 4 or higher) — ability to communicate in both languages will be given special consideration. Good level of Excel skills for report preparation and data analysis. Possess leadership qualities, be hands-on, able to work under pressure, and open to working with multicultural teams.
