Production Planning & Material Control (PMC) *Chinese or English Communication*

1. According to the PMC department's work plan, divide annual and quarterly goals and work plans for the responsible business module to achieve the department's objectives.
2. Verify customer orders and respond to the CS department regarding delivery schedules in a timely manner.
3. Prepare weekly and daily production plans based on market forecasts and orders, and submit them for approval.
4. Issue production orders according to the approved daily plan, monitor operations and results to ensure the production plan is completed on time and according to the specified quantity.
5. Adjust weekly and daily production plans according to changes in customer demand, submit for approval, monitor and report risks in the production process, and follow up on problem-solving and plan results.
6. Monitor the production progress of Work in Process (WIP), ensure production orders enter the warehouse on time, and calculate job cost variances before technical closing.
7. Based on the Master Production Schedule and market forecasts, prepare a rolling 3-month material forecast (FCST) periodically.
8. Follow up with the Buyer to send the FCST to suppliers, and after receiving the supplier's Supply Plan, assess supply risks and identify and report risks immediately.
9. Prepare material plans according to the approved Master Production Schedule, considering inventory and goods in transit, release weekly rolling PRs, and follow up with the Buyer to convert them into POs.
10. Manage the usage of obsolete or slow-moving materials.
11. Monitor production progress in each process and manage emergency problems or production abnormalities, while identifying risks and reporting them.
12. Coordinate and support the work progress of the business unit, improve overall operational efficiency and the collaboration capability of the PMC department, and drive problem-solving to achieve goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 2 years of experience in production planning Able to communicate in English or Chinese At least 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning and Material Control in a large-scale manufacturing plant, with knowledge and understanding of PMC (Production & Material Control) processes Possess negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work as a team Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel (expert in using various formulas), and have experience using SAP and MES systems
