Jones Signs is growing and looking for a skilled Sign Painter who knows how to produce clean, consistent, professional work.

*What You?ll Be Doing:*

• Prepping and painting channel letters, cabinets, and custom signage
• Working with automotive-grade paints, primers, and finishes
• Sanding, masking, and surface prep done properly (not rushed)
• Matching colors and maintaining consistent, high-quality finishes
• Working with the fabrication team to deliver a clean final product

*Who We?re Looking For:*

• 2?3+ years painting experience (sign industry preferred)
• Strong prep skills ? you know paint is only as good as the prep
• Experience with spray equipment and finishing techniques
• Attention to detail ? no runs, no shortcuts
• Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the result
