Location: Northeast Role Function: Responsible and accountable for the performance and operations of the Customer Service in the property. Duties and responsibilities The key responsibilities include: Present the outward face of an organisation and therefore must be seen to be above reproach.

Reply politely to all enquires or refer them to the location where the information may be obtained.

Under all circumstances, you must not be rude.

Be polite and courteous but firm when dealing with members of the public.

Effective Communication with the visitors / tenants is required.

Verbally embrace the visitors / tenants with a warm welcome greeting and a smile.

Convey the right information effectively to visitors/tenants.

Respond courteously both over the telephone and via face-to-face inquiries of visitors, tenants and the general public.

Maintaining security by becoming familiar with the surroundings, tenants and visitors.

Handling visitors/tenants complaints on any major or minor incidents.

Handling A&P redemption programs with proper documentation.

Be aware of all incidents occurring and are responsible in disseminating the information to the rest in the team.

Render customer service assistance and to assist Security Officers in registering visitors.

Attend to visitor’s enquiries.

Visitor Passes issued are for use on a daily basis and thus not to be retained overnight. Personnel are required to follow up with the visitor concerned and lost fees shall be incurred for loss of pass.  Amount collected will be handed over to a designated department.

Ensure that all Lost & Found items are well documented and handed over to a designated department for proper safe-keeping.

Investigating and solving visitors problems which may be complex or complicated that have been passed on by security officer such as loss of building passes or etc, and

Undertakes ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Competencies & Performance Measures Minimum GCE 'O' Level and 1 year of relevant working experiences.

Approachable personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work

Other language skills will be a plus factor

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and solution oriented, friendly with assertive and personable nature.

Demonstrate initiative and able to work independently.

Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Decorous telephone etiquette.

Ability to work under pressure and managed difficult customers.

Ensure Client and tenants customer satisfaction.

Receive high level of satisfaction from tenants, clients and general public in relation to building performance and execution of duties.

Be polite and courteous but firm when dealing with members of the public.

Be smartly and properly dressed at all times.
