What this job entails

Entry-level position in commercial real estate with a focus on learning and development. You will receive mentorship while supporting senior team members in the execution of real estate strategies, market analysis, and closing transactions.

Work area: Lomas de Chapultepec, Ciudad de México Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs Gross Monthly Salary: $30,000 Work modality: On-site

What is your day-to-day?

• Provide analytical support for transaction closing activities, including the preparation of portfolio reports
• Assist in communication for transactions, ensuring a clear flow of information between all parties
• Participate in client meetings alongside senior members to develop management skills
• Maintain accurate system data and prepare basic financial comparisons of different real estate options
• Collect market information and reports from internal sources to build market knowledge
• Assist in the preparation and updating of various reports, ensuring documentation accuracy
• Support the creation of presentation materials and pitch decks for client meetings

Desired experience and technical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with particular strength in Excel for data analysis
• Advanced English - ability to communicate complex data, participate in business meetings, and write technical documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing analytical skills
• Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally in commercial real estate
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization and adaptability
