What this job entails:

We are looking for a BI & DG Specialist to work with challenging clients. The main objective of this position is to generate insights and analyses based on data. The specialist will collaborate with the work dynamics team to achieve successful reports and data-driven decisions.

Work Zone: Crédito Constructor, CDMX, CP 03940 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. Monthly Gross Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 Work Modality: Hybrid

What is your day-to-day?

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks using SQL and PySpark/Python
• Extract, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Generate operational reports, KPIs, and business performance metrics
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to gather business requirements
• Optimize data processes and queries to improve performance and scalability

Desired experience and technical skills

• Advanced development in Tableau
• Solid knowledge of SQL and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Python for data processing and automation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced English
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture)
• Version control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of VBA
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization platforms
• Previous exposure to Alteryx migration or transition projects.
