Plant IT Engineer (MOM/MES applications)

We are looking for a Plant ITEngineer to provide IT support across manufacturing facilities.The ideal candidate should have experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to MOM/MES applications and PlantIT/OT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for plantsystems, including MOM/MES applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues andcoordinate with regional/global IT teams.

• Support integration between MES/MOM, ERP, and shop-floor systems.
• Assist with system upgrades,rollouts, migrations, and deployments.

• Support testing, changemanagement, and release documentation.
• Maintain IT asset inventories,user access records, and technical documentation.

• Assist plant users withonboarding, training, and day-to-day IT queries.
• Prepare incident and operationalreports.

• Follow IT/OT cybersecurity andplant safety procedures.
• Travel between regional sites whenrequired.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in an ITrole within a manufacturing facility.
• Basic understanding of plant ITsystems and IT support operations.

• Good troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with plantusers and IT stakeholders.

• Good communication skills inEnglish.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalentexperience) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to MOM/MES platforms suchas Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA, or Apriso.
• Understanding of ISA-95 and IT/OTarchitecture.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, webservices, and scripting.
• Awareness of PLC/SCADA systems.

• Knowledge of IIoT, Cloud, Industry4.0, and IEC 62443.
• Experience in food, agriculture,or process manufacturing.

• ITIL or relevant IT servicemanagement certification.
