Security Platform Administration: Hands-on maintenance, health monitoring, onboarding, and configuration of core security tools ( Palo Alto Firewalls , CyberArk PAM , Carbon Black EDR , and Cloudflare WAF/DDoS ).
Enterprise Network Security: A deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs, and network segmentation to keep traffic secure and properly routed.
Security Operations & Hardening: Managing patches, upgrades, backup restorations, change controls, and ensuring continuous audit readiness.
Operational Support & Incident Handling: Assisting with log analysis, root cause investigations, and SOP documentation when security events occur.
