Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement systems, processes, and structures that improve efficiency and profitability.

Translate the Founder’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable actions.

Monitor performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.

Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Establish accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.

Ensure that business activities are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

3+ years of progressive professional experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership position.

Demonstrable experience managing people, processes, and multiple business functions, while improving operational efficiency, revenue, and business performance.

Strong experience in building strategy, execution, and business development.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong financial and commercial understanding
